UUID Replay Recovery

A UUID Recovery file is provided with all replay packs. In the event that the links to the replay packs become unavailable, this is a last resort to recreate the tournament replays. The file has two columns. The first is a UUID column, which corresponds with the UUID in the game developer's database of replays. The second is a relative path of the replay in the tournament structure (which phase of the tournament, which group, which week, which players, etc). If the game developer is able to pull these replays from the replay database, the replay pack can thus be reconstructed.
